This package provides everything you need for an outstanding Amazon product listing. You simply provide the product photos and videos (if available), and we take care of the rest.

Important notes:
Photoshoot is not included. You will provide us with photoshoot / product images.
Videos are not included. If you provide a finished video, we will add it as a Premium A+ module
Branding is not included. You must provide us with the brand guidelines including, logo, fonts, color scheme, look & feel, brand voice etc. If you don't have Branding yet, we can make a recommendation.
Premium A+ must be unlocked inside your Seller Central account, which can take a few weeks in some cases.
You must be Brand Registered to use A+ or Premium A+
Unless otherwise specified in writing, each listing package covers one Amazon region/marketplace only (e.g. Amazon.ca or Amazon.com, not both). Creation or adaptation of assets for any additional region or marketplace will be billed separately at our standard rates. For example, a package purchased for Amazon.ca does not include a tailored Amazon.com version of the listing. Fees for additional regions will be quoted on request.

How It Works
1. Creative Questionnaire
Fill in our creative questionnaire, the more in-depth you are, the better job we can do. Instructions to provide digital/brand/photo assets are in the questionnaire.
2. Creative Kickoff Call
Agenda: go over your questionnaire, address questions/concerns, make sure we have everything, and finalize the creative game plan with the Creative Director.
3. Work Begins. The first draft will be delivered approximately 1-2 weeks after all assets are provided. Delivery times may vary. We cannot start work until we have the photoshoot, brand guidelines, questionnaire, and creative kickoff call completed. Refer to T&Cs below for rules on revision limits.
Terms & Conditions
Agreement between you "Client" or "you", and Amazing Marketing Co., or "Amazing Creative, "AC", "AMC, "we" or "agency".
Exclusions: Photoshoot, video shoot, video editing, and branding is not included. If you need photo/video shoot and/or branding done, we can make a separate quotation. This package does NOT include Amazon Seller Central upload assistance, that is your own responsibility. Upload assistance can be arranged for a fee.
Requirements: You must provide a high-quality product photoshoot for us to build effective creative around.
Cancellation: AMC reserves to cancel the project and refund payment if the project is not suitable.
IP & Ownership Rights: Upon full payment, all final creative assets delivered by AMC will become the property of the client. AMC retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms: Final invoice must be paid before final content is delivered.
Deliverables: Once the client approves the final creatives and signs them off, the project is deemed as officially complete, and hi-resolution creative files will be delivered to the client via Google Drive folder. Any additional requests or changes to the creatives after this period will incur an additional designer free at our hourly rate of $100/hr. The scope of work will be discussed with the client and a quotation for total hours will be invoiced and the client must pay in full before any work commences.
Client Delays & Inactivity: Timely delivery depends on receiving all required assets (photos, brand guidelines, questionnaire, etc.). If a project is inactive for 30+ days, it may be archived and will be deemed as completed. Inactive means no response or communication from the client, no attempt from the client to review and approve our creatives within that 30 day window. Reactivating, or restarting a project will incur a $200 restart fee, as well as an additional designer fee at our hourly rate of $100/hr for any further design requirements to the project, since it has been deemed as 'complete' over the 30 day no-contact threshold. All deliverables must be reviewed and approved within 14 days of delivery.
Uploading content to Seller Central is not included (unless you are a management client)
CVR Boost Guarantee Terms: If our product page does not perform better than yours via a 4 or 8-week A+ Content A/B Experiment in Seller Central, client may request a refund. Eligibility is limited to listings with existing A+ or Premium A+, and eligible for A/B Experiments. New products are not eligible. Refunds related to CVR performance are only available if an A/B test is completed, the product already has A+ content in place, and Seller Central allows A/B testing for the ASIN. Requests must be made within 14 days of test completion.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all final text, claims, and imagery comply with Amazon policies and FDA/FTC guidelines. AMC is not liable for compliance issues after final approval. Any changes requested by the client AFTER approval of final creatives will incur an additional designer fee at our hourly rate of $100/hr.
Communication: Expect 1-2 business day response time. Excluding weekends or public US holidays.
Additional Revisions: One revision round is included. A revision is defined as a round of feedback addressing layout, text, or image changes that take under 4 hours to complete. Significant directional changes, new creative requests, or additional rounds will be billed at $100/hour.
Additional Creative Consulting Calls are available at our hourly rate of $100/hr.
